Adalah salah satu bintang film (aktor) papan atas favorit saya, berbagai nominasi oscar dan golden globe award pun telah diraihnya berkat akting dia yang sangat luar biasa di berbagai film. Film-film yang paling menonjol di masyarakat kita dan dunia yang dilakoni oleh Alfredo James "Al" Pacino antara lain seperti: The Godfather I (1972), Serpico (1973), The Godfather II (1974), Scarface (1983), The Godfather III (1990), Scent Of a Woman (1992), Carlito's Way (1993), Donnie Brasco (1997),  The Devil's Advocate (1997), The Insider (1999), Any Given Sunday (1999), Insomnia (2002), The Recruit (2003) Ocean Thirteen (2007), 88 Minutes (2007) dan masih banyak lagi judul film-film lainnya namun setidaknya film-film di atas tadi yang paling banyak dibicarakan oleh masyarakat. Film-film drama mafia memang sangat melekat untuk aktor kelahiran 25 April 1940 ini, konon dia pun sedang masa pre- production untuk tahun 2013 untuk film drama mafia lainnya yakni diambil dari kisah nyata tokoh mafia New York Amerika Serikat, John Gotti (1940-2002) dengan judul Gotti: In The Shadow Of My Father.
